KameraOne may change, update, suspend, restrict or remove any part of the Website or any Website Content at any time without notice.

KameraOne does not guarantee that the Website, any Website Content, any preview content, any service description or any referenced offering will remain available, accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free.

9. NO OFFER; NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY OR LICENSING

11. REGISTRATION REQUESTS AND CONTACT DETAILS

The Website may enable you to submit business contact details, including a business email address, in order to request information about KameraOne’s services or to request registration for access to a restricted customer platform or service operated by KameraOne.

By submitting such details, you represent and warrant that the information provided is accurate, complete and relates to you or that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of the relevant business or organisation.

All rights and remedies of KameraOne are cumulative and are in addition to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

The competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Website, any Website Content or these Terms, unless KameraOne elects to bring proceedings in another competent court.

KameraOne may amend these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will become effective when made available on the Website, unless otherwise specified.
